Step out of the day-to-day and dive into an interactive workshop custom-made to get your team performing at higher levels and delivering more effectively.

With the high pace of life in most companies, teams tend to focus on the day-to-day urgencies that occur. As a result, they often risk going months, or even years, without making time to challenge fundamentals and to develop into a High Performing Team.

Other than subjective assessments, Leaders may not know precisely where their team stands on the journey to "High Performance", and they often fail to appreciate the "Real", i.e. "Dollar" value derived when a team performs at a truly "High Performing" standard, not to mention the value of the intrinsic benefits of being on a high performing team

At 4A Leadership, our process and tools, linked with our extensive and diverse senior leadership experience, enable leadership teams to achieve objectives faster and improve bottom-line results.

THE 4A ACTION WORKSHOP

 We work with the Leader and his/her team to:
  1. Design a workshop with built-in methodologies that enables the core underlying concerns to surface so that the team can address the key issues

  2. Level set each person's understanding of their impact on the team, leveraging The Five Behaviors of a Cohesive Team™, and Everything DiSC® Agile EQ™

  3. Create a profile of the effectiveness of the team and any potential gaps to being a High Performing Team.

  4. Facilitate the tailored workshop creating a necessary safe environment in which we challenge and guide the team to address the identified key issues, focusing on Actions, Deliverables, Accountabilities and Timelines that will deliver the Team's desired results
 We follow up with:
  •  A documented summary of the workshop which captures all Actions, Deliverables, Timelines and Accountabilities that the Team agreed to during the workshop
  • Four to Six 30-minute Individual Coaching/Mentoring sessions, at a cadence of 4 to 6 weeks, to ensure execution of the agreed action plan over the following 5-6 months

  • A Reassessment after six months of The Five Behaviors of a Cohesive Team™ followed by a 2-4 hour Team Workshop to provide the feedback and discuss new actions, deliverables, accountabilities and timelines
