Andrea has over 25 years of Sales Management & leadership experience. Most recently, she has been Senior Vice President at First Citizens Bank, responsible for the sales of the Mortgage Division in Western North Carolina. 

Andrea has held positions as First Vice President at JP Morgan Chase and at Washington Mutual (WaMu), with accountability for recruiting, coaching, and leading sales teams as large as 480 people, including 24 Sales Managers, based in dispersed locations from California to Florida. 

When Chase acquired WaMu they retained Andrea to lead the Eastern Florida Mortgage Sales Team, and she was instrumental in the integration of the two very different cultures and sales styles.

Andrea's sales leadership expertise has launched managers and their teams to increased levels of Sales performance and customer service. In addition, Andrea is skilled in breaking down internal silos and fostering an atmosphere of open discussion, cooperation and self-discovery that has resulted in deepening existing customer relationships and acquiring new customers.

Andrea excels in leading teams through change and growth, and prides herself on driving significant performance improvements from "novice" performers to even the most "seasoned" front line Sales Manager. 

Andrea was appointed to the Greater Phoenix Black Board of Directors project, demonstrating her commitment to the communities in which she worked. This was recognition indeed for her engaging style of Leadership.
